Refunds for Pre-Show Orders
We allow refunds for pre-show orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled show date. To request a refund within this time frame, please contact us at 4netmediagroup@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds requested within 48 hours of the show or after the show has started are not eligible, except as outlined below.

Post-Show Refunds
Refunds requested after the show date are only granted if there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or incomplete order delivery). All post-show refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. If you believe there was an error with your order, please reach out to us at 4netmediagroup@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your content. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will review each request thoroughly.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds for personalized or custom content, except in cases of error on our part.
